Guest Answer: An exercise science program is someone who’s studying more of like the mechanics of the body and how your body works and moves exercise science would probably lead into folks looking at physical therapy type degrees or exercise physiologists working with sports teams, whereas nutrition, science, is really just sticking to food and your body and overall health.
